Sales is the bottom line of every business. At the end of the day, your marketing programs, resources, and strategies will not matter if you do not close the deal with your customers.

However, the system is not perfect and there are some mistakes that lead to downfall of your business. If you are handling your sales operations, be objective and analyze your previous mistakes. If you have a sales team, it is better to set a meeting with them to warn them of the basic sales blunders:
