There are many things running around the minds of entrepreneurs. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our business, achieve work/life balance, train employees, develop marketing campaigns, handle risks, and manage employees.
For those who do not have a secretary or personal assistant, they rely mainly on organizers, calendars, and memory. Sadly, our lack of sleep and too much stress deteriorate our memory. Even if you are not suffering any memory loss yet, it is better if you and your employees do the following:
- Exercise regularly. A study from New York University School of Medicine has concluded that what you do to improve your physical health may actually go to your head.
- Create a safe working environment. Remove any toxic chemicals harmful to people and serve healthy foods in your cafeteria.
- Sleep at least 6 to 8 hours daily. Lack of sleep worsens memory loss over the long haul.
- Drink Tea or Coffee. Study suggests that drinking 8-ounce cup of coffee revs up brain. In addition, another study suggests drinking tea prevents Alzheimer’s Disease.
