		<description>Someone once said to me, &quot;where there are two people, there is politics&quot;. It&#039;s part of human nature, built into our genetics  to compete. Awarding an entire team sounds good and politically correct, but the lazybones don&#039;t feel compelled to actually have contributed.

Not sure if anyone will try this, but someone should award the team then put up the picture of the least valuable employee of the month. Maybe that&#039;ll motivate them.
