Local residents looking to upsize/upgrade their home, young/old professionals from the Mpls area who want to experience smaller town living with great neighborhood feel. Income in the middle to upper class.
Client Requirement
The client wanted to see a crown like item on one side made out of forest (kings, royalty), and maybe another crown looking icon made out of mountain peaks(highlands) Then Kings Highlands across the middle. Maybe kings highlands up on the top 50 % and some two story home roof lines underneath.
Final Logo Design Concept
Utiliing the “royalty” theme, a very upscale font was created along with an ornate crown. The soft and fluid graphic of a landscape was created to reflect the highlands and it also balances nicely with the other elements. The overall design is classy and elegant.
