BEE Enlightened is a candle making company that wanted a cartoon mascot that would have a spiritual feel to it. They wanted the bee mascot to be fun, friendly, with a Disney kind of look and have a halo and angle wings to represent spirituality.
Bee Enlightened, a manufacturer of candles and other kid related products came to us for a cartoon mascot character that would help them connent with their target market - young children. They wanted to a Disney like look and feel to the Bee cartoon.
Logo Design Works created a series of bee cartoons for this company. These caharcters were rendered to be cute looking and very colorful. Drawing these cartoon sketches was the most difficult part since we had to ensure that they had the Disney look but had to be completely unique.
The company later commissioned us to create more of these characters for their various brand and marketing promotions. We also created the
internet company logo design for them.
