Logo Design Works - Refund Policy

If you are not happy with the initial logo design concepts and do not request for a redraw or revisions, you do no have to pay the balance of the project amount and we cancel the project.**

The initial $47 is not refunded. Further more, once a project is cancelled, Logo Design Works will own all copyrights to the concepts or revisions produced till that time. The client, after having cancelled the project, can NOT use any of the concepts or designs that are submitted by Logo Design Works.

If you select a concept then the balance of the payment for the package is charged to your card. Once the balance is charged then there is no refund on that amount. BUT we only charge IF you select a concept to proceed with the project.
