We try our best to create the right logo concepts for your company. Our refund policy is simple:
If, when you see the initial design concepts, you are not happy with them, you can tell us why you do not like the concepts, cancel the project and we will refund the amount MINUS a service and administrative fee of...
a. minus $75 - logo design packages
b. minus $97 - web design packages
c. minus 25% - mascot, cartoon, character packages
d. minus 25% - for all reseller and partner projects
e. minus $75 - stationery packages
f. minus $147 - brochure packages
...towards the time and effort we have put into the project.
Refund does not apply if you request for a redraw or revisions or final files.
If you select a concept and request changes or revisions, then no refunds will be given if you cancel the project at any stage after that. You will only get a refund if you cancel the project at the initial concept phase.

We do NOT re-use designs and we do NOT use clip art
We guarantee that the designs we create for you will be unique and will stand up for trade-marking. We do NOT use clip art and like a lot of other design companies we do NOT re-use designs.
We know that business and transactions online can be very unsatisfactory due to a number of factors. It is the very nature of online transactions that due to lack of face to face interaction a lot of the times people tend to misunderstand each other and some times expectations are not met.
We at Logo Design Works strive to provide outstanding service to our clients. You would be hiring a team of artists and not just buying a product off the shelf. When designing we understand that not all people think alike and do not see perspective the same. Therefore when our clients do not like any designs of a particular designer we give the client the option to request for a change of designer. We will strive to provide you with the best possible designs and would work with your till you are 100% satisfied with the final design (with in reason). However for Basic package projects there are only 3 rounds of revisions. Some times though we might offer an extra round of revisions. We try to maintain a very personal interaction with our clients and listen to them in terms of how the design should proceed.
