Logo Design Works - Refund Policy

We try our best to create the right logo concepts for your company. We are so confident in our skills and experience that we remove your risk by charging only $47 to start the project.

If for any reason you are not happy with the initial logo design concepts and do not request for a redraw or revisions, you or we can cancel the project and you do not pay any thing more. The $47 you had paid to start the project is non refundable**

Once you select a concept and proceed with the project, we will automatically charge you for the balance of the package price. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your card before signing up with us.

If you select a concept and request changes or revisions, then no refunds will be given if you cancel the project at any stage after that. You will only get a refund if you cancel the project at the initial concept phase.

** Applicable to logo design projects only. Agents, resellers and partners have to pay full amount of the package which is non refundable in any event.
