1 Once you select a package and click on the "Purchase" button you will be taken to our order process which leads to our project details questionnaire once the payment has been made. This is a very important step of the process. Please provide us with the exact contact details you would like to see on your stationery design. Also you would need to upload an EPS and AI vector file of your logo design (unless you had purchased one of our logo design packages)

2 Once the project questionnaire is submitted, a lead designer is assigned to this project, usually with in a few business hours. The stationery design concept, which includes business card design, letterhead design and envelope design is then presented to you on the studio floor. You get an email informing them of initial concept post. You can log in to review it.

3 You can approve this concept or ask for a redraw. We provide one fresh redraw of the stationery concept.

4 Once you select the concept to go forward we can then work on fine tuning the concept as per your wishes. This could include font changes, color changes or even layout changes.

5 After you are happy with the changes and revisions we finalize the logo design and prepare the final files.

Print Ready Files

At the end of the stationery design process, we will give you two sets of final files of your business card design, letterhead design and envelope design. The first set of files are printer ready file formats and are in the EPS format and contain bleeds and crop marks and these files are used by commercial printers for printing business cards, letters and envelopes. The second set of files are in PDF format which are for you to preview the designs on your computer. You can probably print off the PDF files onto your home/office printer but we can not guarantee they will come out right.
